Nushrratt Bharuccha Responds to Backlash Over Visiting a Temple as a Muslim: “It’s Not Like I’ll Stop Going”
Nushrratt Bharuccha, who acted in Chhorii 2 with Soha Ali Khan, addressed the criticism she received for attending a temple despite following Islam. She stated that she would still visit temples and offer namaz.

Shubhankar Mishra asked Nushrratt if she had been trolled for visiting temples or her outfits. She admitted to being judged for her religion, beliefs, work, and thoughts.

“I’ll Keep Doing Both – Visiting Temples and Offering Namaz”
Nushrratt said she has a genuine relationship with God. When asked if internet hostility bothers her, she calmly responded no. Though opinions are free, she is unaffected.
“It doesn’t change who I am,” she said. I might attend a temple tomorrow. I will offer namaz afterward. I’ll do both because I believe in it.”
Nushrratt feels tranquility in all places of worship through her faith. She prays namaz and respects all religions, adding, “There is one God, and there are many paths to reach Him.”
