White Stars Vikrant Massey as Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar; Global Release Planned
Vikrant Massey will play Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in White, an international film directed by Montoo Bassi. The film will be released in Hindi, English, and Spanish. Siddharth Anand and Mahaveer Jain are producing.
After starring in War, Pathaan, and Fighter, Siddharth Anand and his wife Mamta now produce under Marflix. After blockbuster Bollywood films, he is collaborating with Mahaveer Jain (Uunchai, Nagzilla) on this global project based on a strong real-life narrative.
A source said, “White is an international thriller based on Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s life and peace efforts in Colombia. Leading actor Vikrant Massey has begun preparations. Filming is scheduled for July 2025.
The film will show how Sri Sri Ravi Shankar used ancient Indian knowledge and peace-building to end Colombia’s 52-year civil conflict. Though little known, the story inspires and shows how non-violence and spirituality may resolve issues.
The film is being prepared in Colombia. The directors are hiring a Los Angeles-based multinational team to make the movie feel global. Vikrant has met Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and is studying his body language and gestures for the role.
Peacecraft Pictures, Marflix Pictures, and Mahaveer Jain Films will make White. It will be dubbed in numerous languages to reach global audiences.
Siddharth Anand will direct Shah Rukh Khan in King as Vikrant prepares for this demanding part. White hits theaters in 2026.
